When will points appear in my account?
Points are credited once your order has shipped. You can view your balance and history in your account, under "Loyalty points".
How do I use my points?
Sign in and redeem your points for a discount at checkout. Every 25 points reduce your order by 1 zł; redemption starts at 250 points. A single points discount can reduce the order value by up to 20%.
Do I earn points only for purchases?
Not only. Subscribing to our newsletter earns you a one-time bonus of 100 points, a good head start towards your first discount.
How long are points valid?
366 days from the date they are credited, a full year of unhurried shopping. Unused points expire after that time.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
Points earned on a returned purchase are cancelled, and points already redeemed on that order are used up; we refund the amount actually paid. The exception: if the return is due to our fault, for example an accepted complaint, the redeemed points go back to your account.
