Allora Club loyalty programme
Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules of the "Allora Club" loyalty programme (the "Programme") run in the online store allora.sklep.pl (the "Store").
  2. The Programme is organised by Stanislaw Pawlina, conducting business under the name Stanislaw Pawlina Akcesoria Modowe, ul. K.K. Baczynskiego 2 lok. 59, 99-400 Lowicz, Poland, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), tax ID (NIP) 834-20-80-88, REGON 750486980 (the "Organiser").
  3. Programme enquiries: e-mail sklep@allora.sklep.pl, phone +48 605 144 018.
  4. The Programme is run through the Store and starts on 23 September 2026. It continues until further notice.
  5. Participation in the Programme is voluntary and free of charge.

2. Members

  1. Any adult with full legal capacity who shops in the Store as a consumer, or as a sole trader with consumer rights, and holds a registered Store account may become a Programme member (the "Member").
  2. Membership begins when you create a Store account and accept these Terms and Conditions. Customers who already had an account before the Programme launched become Members upon accepting these Terms.
  3. Each Member may hold only one Programme account. Points are assigned to that account and cannot be transferred to another account or another person.
  4. You may leave the Programme at any time by e-mailing the Organiser. Leaving the Programme forfeits any unused points.

3. Earning points

  1. Members earn points for purchases made in the Store while signed in to their account: 1 point for every 1 zl of the order value (the value of goods after discounts, excluding delivery costs). The order value is rounded down to the nearest full zloty.
  2. Points are credited once the order has been shipped (order status changed to "shipped"). Until then the points are pending and cannot be redeemed.
  3. Members receive a one-time bonus of 100 points for subscribing to the Store newsletter with the e-mail address linked to their Programme account.
  4. The Organiser may award additional points in special campaigns announced in the Store, in the newsletter or on social media, each time specifying the conditions.
  5. No points are earned for orders placed without signing in or for cancelled orders.
  6. Points are valid for 366 days from the date they are credited. Unused points expire after that time.
  7. Members can check their current balance, expiry dates and points history in their Store account.
  8. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or paid out in any form.

4. Redeeming points

  1. Collected points can be redeemed for a discount on future purchases in the Store. Redemption is possible once a Member has collected at least 250 points.
  2. Every 25 points equal 1 zl off. Example thresholds:
PointsDiscount
25010 zl
50020 zl
100040 zl
  1. A points discount may reduce the value of a single order by no more than 20% of the value of goods in the basket. The minimum order value for redeeming points is 1 zl.
  2. Points are redeemed in the basket when placing an order, after signing in. Redeemed points are deducted from the Member's account when the order is placed.
  3. A points discount can be combined with other discount codes and promotions available in the Store. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude point redemption from selected promotions, which will be stated in the terms of that promotion.
  4. No points are earned on the part of the order value paid with a points discount.

5. Returns and withdrawal

  1. If you withdraw from a sales contract or return goods, the points earned on the returned goods are deducted from your account. If those points have already been redeemed, your balance may become negative and subsequently earned points will first cover the shortfall.
  2. Points redeemed on an order that is later withdrawn from or partially returned are not refunded to the Member's account.
  3. Clause 2 does not apply where the return is due to reasons attributable to the Organiser, in particular an accepted complaint, non-conformity of goods with the contract, or cancellation of the order by the Organiser. In such cases the redeemed points are returned to the Member's account with their original expiry date.
  4. Refunds for returned goods are made in the amount actually paid, i.e. after deducting the points discount, in line with the Store terms and conditions.

6. Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding the Programme (in particular the crediting or redemption of points) may be submitted by e-mail to sklep@allora.sklep.pl or in writing to the Organiser's address, stating the details needed to identify the account and a description of the issue.
  2. The Organiser will respond within 30 days of receiving the complaint, to the e-mail address from which it was sent or to the postal address provided.
  3. This procedure does not limit the Member's statutory rights, including the right to use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures or to bring the matter to court.

7. Changes to the Terms and termination of the Programme

  1. The Organiser may amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular:
    1. changes in the law affecting the Programme,
    2. changes to the Store's functionality or the system operating the Programme,
    3. a material change in the economic conditions of running the Programme,
    4. the need to prevent abuse.
  2. Members will be informed of any amendment by e-mail to the address linked to their account and in the Store at least 14 days before the amendment takes effect.
  3. A Member who does not accept the amendments may leave the Programme before they take effect. Amendments do not affect rights already acquired, in particular points credited before the effective date.
  4. The Organiser may terminate the Programme for the reasons listed in clause 1, giving Members at least 30 days' notice. During the notice period Members may redeem their points under these Terms; any points unused after the Programme ends will expire.
  5. The Organiser may exclude a Member who breaches these Terms or the Store terms and conditions, in particular by creating multiple accounts to earn points more than once, after first requesting that the breach be stopped.

8. Personal data

  1. The Organiser is the controller of Members' personal data.
  2. Personal data is processed to run the Programme, credit and settle points and handle complaints, in line with the Store Privacy Policy available at: https://allora.sklep.pl/en/privacy-policy.

9. Final provisions

  1. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by the Store terms and conditions available at https://allora.sklep.pl/en/terms-and-conditions and by Polish law.
  2. These Terms and Conditions are available free of charge in the Store in a form that allows them to be downloaded, saved and printed.
  3. In the event of any discrepancy between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version prevails.
  4. These Terms and Conditions take effect on 23 September 2026.
